Getting started

How do I become an ambassador?

You need an invitation from a brand or a link to their public application form. You cannot sign up as an ambassador without a brand connection.

Can I work with multiple brands?

Yes. You can be an ambassador for multiple brands simultaneously. Each brand has its own discount code, campaigns, and payouts.

My invitation link isn't working. What do I do?

Invitation links expire after 7 days. Ask the brand to resend the invitation.

Earnings

How much can I earn?

Earnings depend on the commission rate set by the brand and how many sales you generate. Commission rates typically range from 5% to 30% of the order value. UGC mission bonuses are additional.

When do I get paid?

Payouts are generated weekly (every Monday). Commission earnings have a 30-day settlement window before they're eligible for payout. UGC bonuses are paid in the next available weekly cycle.

Why is my commission still "pending"?

Commissions stay pending during the 30-day settlement window. This protects against refunds and cancellations.

Do I need PayPal to get paid?

PayPal is the primary automated payment method. Some brands may pay through other methods and use the manual "Mark as Paid" option. Set up your PayPal email in Settings to enable automated payouts.

UGC Missions

What are UGC missions?

UGC (User-Generated Content) missions are paid content briefs from brands. You create video content based on the brief, and if approved, you earn a bonus.

How many times can I revise my submission?

You can submit up to 2 revisions if the brand requests changes. After the second revision, the brand can only approve or reject.

Do I need to post the video on social media?

Some missions require you to post the video publicly and submit the post URL. Check the mission brief for specific requirements.

When do I receive my UGC bonus?

Approved bonuses are included in the next weekly payout cycle. Unlike commissions, UGC bonuses don't have a 30-day settlement window.

Account

Can I change my email address?

Currently, email changes are not supported through the UI. Contact the brand or support for assistance.

How do I delete my account?

Contact support at support@sweetrep.com to request account deletion.
