Handling Revisions

Sometimes a brand will request changes to your video submission before approving it. Here's how the revision process works.

Getting a revision request

When a brand requests a revision, you'll receive an email notification with their feedback. You can also see the feedback in the mission detail page.
The brand will explain specifically what needs to change — for example:
  • "Please include a close-up of the product label."
  • "The video is too long — aim for under 60 seconds."
  • "Please reshoot the intro with better lighting."

Submitting a revision

  1. Go to Missions and open the mission.
  2. Read the brand's feedback carefully.
  3. Re-record or edit your video to address the feedback.
  4. Upload the new version using the Upload Revision button.
  5. Submit for review again.

Revision limits

You have a maximum of 2 revision rounds per submission. This means:
| Round | What happens | |-------|-------------| | Initial submission | Brand reviews and may request revision | | Revision 1 | Brand reviews and may request one more revision | | Revision 2 | Final round — brand can only approve or reject |

Tips for handling revisions well

  • Read the feedback carefully — Address every point the brand mentioned.
  • Don't take it personally — Revision requests are part of the creative process.
  • Ask for clarification if the feedback is unclear — it's better to ask than to guess wrong.
  • Be prompt — Brands appreciate quick turnarounds on revisions.
