Payout History

Keep track of all your earnings and payments in the Payouts section.

Viewing your payouts

  1. Go to Payouts in the sidebar.
  2. You'll see a list of all your payouts across all brands.

Payout information

Each payout entry shows:
  • Brand name — Which brand the payout is from.
  • Period — The week the payout covers.
  • Amount — Total payout amount (commissions + any UGC bonuses).
  • Status — Current status of the payout.

Payout statuses

| Status | Meaning | |--------|---------| | Pending | Payout has been generated and is awaiting processing by the brand | | Completed | Payment has been sent or marked as paid | | Failed | Payment attempt failed (e.g., invalid PayPal email) |

Upcoming payouts

At the top of the Payouts page, you can see your upcoming payout — an estimate of what your next payout will include based on currently settled commissions and approved bonuses.

If a payout fails

If a payout fails, it's usually because of a PayPal issue. Check that your PayPal email is correct in Settings. The brand will be notified and can retry the payout or use an alternative payment method.
