Application Forms

Your public application form lets anyone apply to become an ambassador for your brand — no email invitation needed.

Finding your application link

Go to Applications in the sidebar.
Your unique application URL is displayed at the top of the page.
Copy it and share it wherever you'd like to recruit ambassadors.

How it works for applicants

When someone visits your application link they'll see:

Your brand name and description.
A registration form asking for their name, email, social media links, and a short bio.

After submitting, the applicant creates a SweetRep account and appears in your Ambassadors list as Pending.

Managing applications

All applications — whether from email invitations or the public form — appear in the same Ambassadors list. Review them using the process described in Reviewing Ambassadors.

Tip

Add your application link to your website footer, social media bio, or post-purchase emails to passively attract ambassadors.

Disabling applications

If you want to pause public applications temporarily, you can remove the link from your website. The form itself remains accessible via direct URL — there is no toggle to disable it at this time.
