Reviewing Ambassadors

When ambassadors sign up through an invitation or your public application form, they need to be reviewed before they can start promoting your brand.

Ambassador statuses

| Status | Meaning | |--------|---------| | Pending | Awaiting your review | | Approved | Active ambassador — can share codes and earn commissions | | Rejected | Application was declined |

Approving an ambassador

Go to Ambassadors in the sidebar.
Find the ambassador with Pending status.
Click on their name to view their profile — social links, bio, and any notes they've added.
Click Approve to activate them.

Once approved, the ambassador receives an email notification and gets access to their discount code and dashboard.

Rejecting an ambassador

If an application doesn't fit your program, click Reject on their profile. The ambassador will be notified by email.

Note

Rejection is permanent for that invitation. If you change your mind, you can send a new invitation to the same email address.

Managing active ambassadors

From the Ambassadors list you can:

View each ambassador's total sales, commissions earned, and conversion rate.
See which campaigns they're assigned to.
Access their discount code details.
