SweetRep has three plan tiers. All prices are in USD and are charged through your Shopify account.
Free plan
$0 — free, with no time limit.
- Up to 10 active ambassadors.
- Up to 20 tracked orders per month.
- 1 active campaign.
- Automatic discount codes, automated weekly payouts, analytics and attribution, and the ambassador portal.
- No UGC missions.
- No team members — only the owner can sign in.
This is a great starting point to test the platform and see if an ambassador program works for your brand.
Standard plan
$13.99/month or $134.99/year.
- Up to 100 active ambassadors.
- Up to 250 tracked orders per month.
- Up to 5 active campaigns.
- 3 team members besides the owner, each with their own role (Admin, Affiliate manager, Finance or Viewer).
- 1 UGC mission per month, with AI screening and revision rounds.
- Full analytics and attribution.
- Commission and payout email notifications.
- Email support.
Pro plan
$34.99/month or $334.99/year.
- Unlimited ambassadors.
- Unlimited tracked orders.
- Unlimited active campaigns.
- Unlimited team members.
- Unlimited UGC missions.
- Advanced analytics with exports.
- Priority support.
How you're charged
SweetRep uses Shopify Managed Pricing, so you never enter payment details in SweetRep:
- Pick a plan in Settings → Plan & Billing, or on the Pricing page.
- For a paid plan you're sent to a Shopify-hosted plan page inside your Shopify admin, where you confirm the plan and choose monthly or yearly billing.
- Once you approve, the charge appears on your regular Shopify invoice and the plan is active.
There is no free trial. A paid plan is charged from the moment you approve it in Shopify. The Free plan is the way to use SweetRep without paying.
Choosing a plan
You can change or cancel your plan at any time from Settings → Plan & Billing or the Pricing page. Plan changes and cancellations go through Shopify too. See Managing Subscription for details.
