Creating Your Account

Getting started with SweetRep takes just a couple of minutes.

Sign up

  1. Visit the Sign Up page and choose Merchant.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a strong password.
  3. Provide your business name — this is what ambassadors will see when they join your program.
  4. Click Create Account.
You'll be logged in immediately and taken to the onboarding flow.

What happens next

After creating your account you'll be guided through a short onboarding process to configure your program. See Onboarding Walkthrough for a step-by-step guide.

Multiple brands

SweetRep supports multiple brands under a single merchant account. You can switch between brands using the dropdown in the top-right corner of the dashboard. Each brand has its own ambassadors, campaigns, and settings.
