Inviting Ambassadors

There are two ways to bring ambassadors into your program: email invitations and public application forms.

Sending email invitations

Go to Ambassadors in the sidebar.
Click Invite Ambassador.
Enter the ambassador's email address.
Click Send Invitation.

The ambassador will receive an email with a unique registration link. The link expires after 7 days.

Bulk invitations

You can invite multiple ambassadors at once by entering multiple email addresses separated by commas.

Resending invitations

If an ambassador hasn't accepted their invitation:

Go to Ambassadors and find the pending invitation.
Click the Resend button next to their entry.

A new email will be sent with a fresh invitation link.

Sharing your invite link

Each brand has a unique public application page. You can find the link in Applications — share it on social media, your website, or in emails to attract new ambassadors.

Tip

Combine email invitations for targeted outreach with the public application form for organic growth. Both methods bring ambassadors through the same approval flow.

What happens next

After an ambassador accepts the invitation and creates their account, they'll appear in your Ambassadors list with a pending status. See Reviewing Ambassadors to learn about the approval process.
