Managing Subscription

Your SweetRep subscription is managed through Shopify's billing system.

Upgrading to Pro

  1. Go to Settings or visit the Pricing page.
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro.
  3. You'll be redirected to Shopify to approve the subscription charge.
  4. After approval, Pro features are activated immediately.
New upgrades include a 7-day free trial.

Cancelling your subscription

  1. Go to Settings.
  2. In the Subscription section, click Cancel Subscription.
  3. Confirm the cancellation.
After cancelling:
  • Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period.
  • Ambassadors beyond the Free plan limit will remain in your account but won't receive new discount codes.
  • Existing commissions and payouts are not affected.

Frozen accounts

If a Shopify payment fails, your subscription may enter a frozen state. When frozen:
  • Your ambassador program continues to work (orders are still tracked).
  • Some features may be limited.
  • You'll see a banner prompting you to update your payment method in Shopify.
Once the payment issue is resolved, your account returns to active status automatically.
