Managing Subscription
Your SweetRep subscription is managed through Shopify's billing system.
Upgrading to Pro
- Go to Settings or visit the Pricing page.
- Click Upgrade to Pro.
- You'll be redirected to Shopify to approve the subscription charge.
- After approval, Pro features are activated immediately.
New upgrades include a 7-day free trial.
Cancelling your subscription
- Go to Settings.
- In the Subscription section, click Cancel Subscription.
- Confirm the cancellation.
After cancelling:
- Your account reverts to the Free plan at the end of the current billing period.
- Ambassadors beyond the Free plan limit will remain in your account but won't receive new discount codes.
- Existing commissions and payouts are not affected.
Note
Frozen accounts
If a Shopify payment fails, your subscription may enter a frozen state. When frozen:
- Your ambassador program continues to work (orders are still tracked).
- Some features may be limited.
- You'll see a banner prompting you to update your payment method in Shopify.
Once the payment issue is resolved, your account returns to active status automatically.
